Lady Liberty offers an Action Alerts subscription focused on those issues having directly to do with Constitutional issues; other Alerts subscriptions are available from organizations as diverse as the ACLU and Gunowners of America.

Acting on Alerts is crucial, but not always enough
to nip in the bud various programs or actions you may not like, and is rarely sufficient to support those programs and actions you do like. To take adequate measures, you must maintain adequate vigilance. You must also stay informed. The resources on this page are to that end.

Congress.org offers myriad pages in support of the political activist. Contact information for politicians; vote records; current legislation; current Congressional activities; and much more.

The People's Email Network is, in its own words, "constructed to facilitate communication with our elected officials." It offers you easy communication with your political representatives in Washington on a variety of current topics. At the same time, it can also be a vehicle for you to use to invite friends to participate

It's not particularly well known, but Google has a search function devoted strictly to various government and political sites. Using Google's powerful search algorithms, Google's "Uncle Sam" search engine is a powerful resource.
