Lady Liberty's Awards Program

offers two entirely different sets of awards. The Freedom Fighter Awards are a central part of Lady Liberty's awards program, but there are also available a pair of Awards of Recognition for those who are exercising certain of their freedoms. Lady Liberty's Awards Program has received ratings from several of the most reputable awards groups online, and she enjoys membership within awards webrings and listings as well. Click here for more on ratings and memberships.

...letting freedom ring!

The Lady Liberty Freedom Fighter Awards Program
consists of three possible awards: The "Rabble Rouser", the "Revolutionary", and the "Patriot". A single Freedom Fighter Award will be bestowed weekly. The criteria for each award becomes incrementally more difficult, but you can rely on the fact that the winner of any of these awards is fighting for your freedom in his or her own way.

Lady Liberty knows firsthand
that the fight to maintain and restore liberty can be lonely, frustrating, tiring, and largely thankless. Brief flashes of light at the end of myriad tunnels keep her on track. With her Freedom Fighter Awards, she hopes to provide other exemplary fighters with a light of their own. These awards are issued less as a reward for past efforts - though those are often significant and much appreciated - but more to shed a light on and a hope for their current and future work.

Take a look at our Freedom Fighter award winners,
and you'll see what we mean by "Freedom Fighter". Each of these sites, though of different designs and centered on different causes, has one thing in common: They value our liberty, and are determined to see it restored and retained. Whether their work is via activism or education, they are today's patriots. Support them with a visit to their online homes. Better still, honor them with your own activism for freedom.

Lady Liberty's Awards of Recognition
have been established to honor those worthy websites who don't fit into the Freedom Fighter category, but who never-the-less strive for freedom by exercising it, or who, in the course of their business, promote justice in more subtle ways than the route typically chosen by the overt Freedom Fighter.

Awards are given to qualified sites
at the Gold, Silver, and Bronze level. A maximum of one Gold, two Silver, and two Bronze awards will be bestowed weekly; if there are no qualified nominations, there may be no award handed out at a given level during some weeks.
